This cleaning is a complete top to bottom. Dusting from high to low, baseboards and ceiling fans are included. Wipe down and scrubbing of all surfaces; light fixtures, interior windows, inside of cabinets and appliances. Vacuuming and mopping of all floors. The attempt to remove any stain or smell (excluding smoke damage of any kind).
Sometimes the level of cleaning gets misunderstood. If we feel that the cleaning is different than the one you originally signed up for, we will let you know before continuing as this will change the cost. Minimum charge of 1 hour for any cleaning. Last minute booking: extra $5/hr. Holiday booking: extra $10/hr. *Subject to a 4% surcharge per transaction.
